Hamlet - Act III

WOW!! Just finished act III and it was intense. Lots of things going on here. Hamlet's plan was successful. Polonius is dead!! Hamlet unleashed his anger on his mother. The ghost appears again. Claudius asks for forgiveness, but doesn’t feel like he can be forgiven. Hamlet has an opportunity to kill the king but doesn't because he wants Claudius to suffer in hell. As you can see that's a lot going on in an act. This act concludes with Hamlet advising his mother and preparing to leave to England with his two school friends on diplomatic duties. Hamlet drags the dead body of Polonius out and hints at coming back to kill again. This was a very important point in the plot as things are revealed and the plot took an unexpected turn. Looking forward to how ophelia and her brother reacts to the death of her father and what Claudius's and Hamlet's next moves are.
